Not all mortgage advisers are independent. Those that are, like us offer you a truly unbiased view of the mortgage market, which covers over 4,000 mortgages from more than 100 lenders.
Our independent status means that you can be confident that our adviser's recommendation will be the best solution for your needs. Other advisers or brokers may only be able to offer you a limited selection of mortgage options.  We are not tied to, owned or part owned by any lenders or insurance companies nor do we operate any restrictive panels of mortgage or insurance product providers.

Our Services

  • Mortgages and remortgages to clients with good credit records and also clients who may be experiencing difficulty obtaining a regular mortgage due to adverse credit issues, unusual income history or unusual properties.
  • Mortgage and remortgages on owner occupied private dwellings, buy to let private dwellings, commercial properties and businesses and pension fund purchase of commercial properties.

How Our Service Operates

  • Free initial consultation without any obligation on your part.  When you meet with our mortgage adviser, we will take the time to find out about you – your property - your income, financial circumstances and future plans - before making any recommendations.
  • Should you instruct us to proceed and arrange a mortgage for you a fee may be charged which you will be advised of in advance.  In the case of a standard owner occupied private dwelling mortgage an application fee of up to £200 may be charged. This is only payable if you choose to go ahead and arrange your mortgage through us. We will also receive a procuration fee from the lender. Being very familiar with each lender's underwriting criteria any loan application will only be placed with providers whose criteria you are likely to meet.
  • For arranging a non standard credit impaired, buy to let private dwellings, commercial properties and businesses and pension fund purchase of commercial properties mortgage an application fee of up to 1% of the sum borrowed may be charged which you will be advised of in advance.

Additional Services

In addition to advising you on the most suitable mortgage or remortgage our adviser will also give you completely independent advice on the most suitable life assurance and payment protection  insurance products available in the whole market place.  Many mortgage advisers, if not tied to lenders, are tied to just one or a limited panel of providers for insurance protection products.

Our Advisers

Our adviser is fully qualifed with more than twenty years experience of the mortgage and insurance markets and receives comprehensive support from our administrative support team who will oversee the day-to-day processing of your mortgage application.  They will liaise directly with your solicitor, surveyor, lender and other parties involved in the application to ensure the mortgage and home buying process runs as smoothly as possible.
